• If the present consultation is not related to my personal situation, I I have obtained the express authorization of the concerned person.
• I have been informed of the hourly rate applicable ($230-250$ depending on file), except for urgent matters. If required, the study of file and any further correspondence with the lawyer or additional work is subject to the hourly rate.
• I understand that the consultation booking is subject to modification or cancellation due to any potential conflict of interest, any last minute schedule issue or any other serious reason.
• I requested this form to be written in English.
